Ingredients
- 800g (28 Oz) Ground Beef (2 lbs)
- 8 Slices Chopped Bacon
- 1/4 Cup Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Onion sliced and fried till caramelized
- 2 tsp. minced Garlic or 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp. Black Pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp. Onion Powder
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire
Directions
- Cut up bacon before frying and fried until crisp
- Remove bacon and drain on paper towel
- Put onions into pan with bacon grease
- After frying pat off grease and dice onions
- Add bacon, onions and cheese to mixture
- Add remaining ingredients
- Form into patties
- Cook on BBQ 3 minutes each side turning 3 times total 9 minutes or until well cooked.
