Ingredients
- 3 tbsp of olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 Cucumber
- 1/4 cup Red Onion
- 2 Garlics Minced
- Can of mixed beans
Optional
- 1/2-1 tsp of ground cumin
- 1/2 cup chopped parley
- 1/4 cup fresh mint (1/2 tbsp dry mint)
- 1 tomato diced
- 1/2 tbsp dry sumac
Directions
Mix all together and refridgerate for about an hour.
