Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp of olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion
  • 2 Garlics Minced
  • Can of mixed beans

Optional

  • 1/2-1 tsp of ground cumin
  • 1/2 cup chopped parley
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint (1/2 tbsp dry mint)
  • 1 tomato diced
  • 1/2 tbsp dry sumac

Directions

Mix all together and refridgerate for about an hour.
