Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 cup butter softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups of Rice Krispies
  • 1 (6 oz) pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup raisins (optional)

Directions

  1. Sift flour, baking soda and salt together and set aside
  2. Beat butter and sugar, add egg and vanilla, beat well
  3. Add dry ingredients. Mix until combined
  4. Stir in Rice Krispies and chocolate chips
  5. Drop by level measuring tbsp onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes

Remove and allow to cool
