Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 cup butter softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups of Rice Krispies
- 1 (6 oz) pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup raisins (optional)
Directions
- Sift flour, baking soda and salt together and set aside
- Beat butter and sugar, add egg and vanilla, beat well
- Add dry ingredients. Mix until combined
- Stir in Rice Krispies and chocolate chips
- Drop by level measuring tbsp onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet
- Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes
Remove and allow to cool
