Never buy canned creamed corn again!
Ingredients
- 10 oz (280g) Frozen Corn
- 2 TBSP flour
- 2 TBSP butter
- 1 cup milk or half/half
- 2 TBSP sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Directions
- Over medium heat, put butter and flour into a pan and rapidly stir till combined
- When butter and flour are combined add milk
- When thickened, add sugar, salt pepper and finally the frozen corn
Cook till tender
