Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. or 325 F. for glass dish. In a 13×9 inch (3.5L) baking pan, melt butter in oven. Sprinkle graham crumbs over butter, mix together and press into pan. Pour Sweetened Condensed Milk evenly over crumbs. Sprinkle with Chocolate Chips, then Coconut and nuts; press down firmly. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool well before cutting. Store loosely covered at room temperature. Makes 24 bars.

Recipe:
For the crust:
1 cup almond meal
4 Tablespoons Butter (1 /4 cup) (cold)
4 Teaspoons stevia or Sugar Substitute (Splenda)
1/2 Teaspoon cinnamon
For the filling:
2 packages of cream cheese (8oz each), softened
2 eggs (Optional. Not necessary)
1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup stevia or Sugar Substitute (Splenda)
Juice and zest of 4 key limes or you can use 2 regular size limes
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine filling ingredients in a bowl and mix well. It should appear crumbly like shortbread. Divide among baking cups and use spoon to press into a crust.
Bake for 4 minutes.
While crusts are baking,
Combine filling ingredients and mix until well incorporated. Divide evenly between crusts.
Bake at 350 for 15-20 mins until crusts are slightly cracked but not brown.
Remove and cool overnight.
Serve with whipped cream and berries

Ingredients
2 cups 35% whipping cream
2 cups maple syrup
3 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
2 teaspoons vanilla
Directions
Preheat oven to 400F (200C). In saucepan, bring cream and maple syrup to a boil over medium heat. Pour into 13 x 9 inch (3 L) glass baking dish.
In bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder and salt; set aside.
In stand mixer fitted with paddle attachment, beat butter with sugar until light. Beat in eggs one at a time. Beat in milk and vanilla. Beat in flour mixture just until combined. Using ice cream scoop or two large spoons, scoop 12 mounds of batter into hot syrup in baking dish.
Bake in centre of oven for 40 minutes or until golden brown and firm to the touch.

3 ripe bananas
2 cups oats
1/4 c peanut butter
1/4 c cocoa powder
1/3 c unsweetened apple sauce
1 tsp vanilla
Preheat oven to 350F. Mash bananas then add the rest of the ingredients and stir and let sit for 20 min. Then drop by teaspoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 min. Enjoy!
