Ingredients
- 1 medium onion (finely diced)
- 2 Tbs oil
- 1 1/2 cups of white rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup Salsa
Directions
- Put oil in fry pan and brown onion and rice
- Add chicken broth and salsa
- Cover and put in a preheated oven at 400 degrees for 30-40 minutes
- OR bring to a boil, cover with lid and reduce heat to low. Simmer, stirring every 5-7 minutes until rice is tender, about 20-25 minutes.
